How to apply?
1. Steps of certification
Manufacturer shall be certified in order to produce RWF products. This certification is required on annual basis. The audit is performed by an independent third-party organization called audit organization. Audit organization carryout auditing on the process of RWF.
1.1 Fill out the application form from RWF. 1.2 RWF will arrange an approved audit organization. ¡P Organization currently approved to audit process of RWF: Intertek 1.3 RWF will respond with an offer include RWF annual fee (audit fee included) and timeline. 1.4 Sign a contract with RWF. 1.5 Prepare as well as you can for the audit. 1.6 RWF will send a third-party auditor to your site to interview staff and review documents and procedures against the requirements of RWF. This is the on-site audit. In the first year, this will only be able to verify that the site has the understanding and systems in place to comply with RWF and will be scheduled. 1.7 A report of the third-party audit will be sent to RWF. RWF will review and make a final certification decision. If you fail to meet any requirements designated major or minor, you will be given a period of time to correct them. If you fail to meet critical requirements at your first audit you will not be certified. If you fail to meet critical requirements at subsequent audits you will be suspended. 1.8 Once all corrections have been completed, RWF will issue a manufacturer certificate. This certificate will have to be renewed yearly. 1.9 RWF may visit without advance notice, to make sure that you are still following the requirements.
